I was admitted to Max Hospital 6th floor MICU West Block from the 17th to the 29th after a serious car accident. When I reached the hospital my condition was very critical, and I truly believe that the care I received there is the reason I am alive today. All the doctors and staff were extremely professional and supportive. I would like to especially mention Dr. Amiya Mishra, Manna, Vanni, Suman, and the entire MICU-6 team. They took great care of me throughout my stay. They also made sure that everything was transparent and kept my guardian informed about my condition and the treatment at every step. I was under the treatment of Dr. Buddhiraja, who is truly one of the best doctors. His confidence and experience gave my family a lot of reassurance during such a difficult time. The entire MICU team are real life heroes for me. The staff was alert 24/7 and always there whenever I needed anything. What touched me the most was that they treated me like their own younger brother, not just a patient. I would also like to appreciate the cleaning staff. They were very hardworking and made sure my room and surroundings were properly cleaned every day. I am very grateful to the entire team for their dedication and care during such a critical time. Thank you for everything.

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointed with Max Hospital Saket My experience at Max Hospital Saket was extremely disappointing. The staff behaved in a very irresponsible manner, and there seemed to be no value for patients’ time at all. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait unnecessarily, and no one bothered to give clear updates. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. Instead of helping or guiding patients politely, many of them acted as if they were doing a favour. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking for a hospital of this level. Overall, the management seriously needs to improve their staff behavior, accountability, and respect for patients’ time. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hospital based on what I faced.

We had a confirmed day-care surgery scheduled with an OT slot at 1 PM and were instructed to report at 7 AM for admission. We reached the hospital at 8 AM as advised. However, we were informed that no room/bed was available and were asked to wait for 2–3 hours. The patient had been fasting since morning as per medical instructions. Despite having a pre-scheduled OT slot, bed allocation was not arranged in advance. We waited until 1 PM, after which we were told that the room would only be available after discharge of other patients. When we informed the doctor, we were told that the OT slot was no longer available after 2 Pm and the procedure would have to be rescheduled for the next day. During the waiting period, we observed other patients being admitted. This created a perception that CGHS beneficiaries may not be receiving the same priority as other patients, even when OT slots are pre-booked. We sincerely hope this is not the case and that the hospital follows a uniform policy for all categories of patients. This incident indicates serious coordination gaps between OT scheduling and bed management. Making a fasting patient wait for several hours and then postponing the surgery causes unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We request the hospital administration to: • Ensure bed confirmation before calling patients for scheduled OT • Improve coordination between admission, billing, and OT departments • Maintain transparent and equal treatment for CGHS patients We hope management will review this matter seriously. Edit :- we got bed on second day and OT was done by Doctor and satisfied with this service only issue is getting a bed in hospital because bed is limited and patient are more anyway new buliding is about to open so this problem will not come .....we request to Management is open the new building for IPD service

Hi, this is Vibhor Bansal. My mother, Minakshi Bansal, underwent her treatment under the care of Dr. Anant Kumar, and I can say with complete confidence that he is one of the finest and most experienced doctors we have come across. From the very first interaction, Dr. Anant Kumar ji made us feel comfortable and reassured. His deep experience, calm demeanor, and clarity in explaining every detail gave us immense confidence. Despite the seriousness of the situation, he created an environment that felt genuinely homely and reassuring for our entire family. The treatment and care provided under his guidance were exceptional, and we are truly grateful for his dedication and expertise. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Anant Kumar ji and his team for their outstanding care. Highly recommended.
