We had a wonderful experience at Max Hospital, Vaishali. My wife was admitted in Room No. 3307, which was a single private AC room. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a calm and hygienic environment during our stay. From the moment we entered the hospital, we felt completely taken care of. All the hospital staff were extremely polite, professional, and well-behaved. Their caring attitude made a stressful time feel much more comfortable and reassuring for our family. The C-section was performed by Dr. D. D. Verma, and we are truly grateful to her. She is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but also very calm, supportive, and approachable. The surgery was done very smoothly, and she explained everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I would especially like to appreciate Priti, the lactation nurse. She was exceptionally caring, patient, and supportive. She helped us so much, guided us properly, and treated us like family. Her support made a huge difference for us during the initial days. Overall, we are very happy and completely satisfied with the services provided by Max Hospital, Vaishali. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication, compassion, and excellent care.
