My overall experience during my C-section stay at the hospital was truly wonderful. From the very beginning of my pregnancy till delivery, Dr. Priyanka’s constant positivity, reassurance, and support felt more like that of a family member than just a doctor. Her calm approach, encouraging words, and compassionate care gave me immense confidence and peace of mind throughout this journey. The hospital stay itself was extremely comfortable and very well managed, making the entire experience stress-free. All services, including the nursing staff, GDA support, and housekeeping, were exceptional. The team was attentive, caring, and always available whenever needed. Their professionalism, combined with genuine warmth and empathy, made me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for at all times. The environment was so comforting that it honestly felt almost like staying at home. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Priyanka and the entire hospital team for their dedication, kindness, and outstanding care during one of the most important phases of my life.

My father ( R D Chaturvedi) was taken to Dehradun Max urgently for a septic shock in a serious condition in Dec 2025. Dr Divya Garg, Consultant in Internal Medicine, provided exceptional and highly individualised care to my father during a critical ICU admission. His clinical expertise, thorough assessment, and clear explanation of diagnosis and treatment plans were deeply reassuring. Dr Garg’s calm demeanour, compassion, and humility greatly reduced our anxiety and reflected a strong commitment to patient-centred care. He is very approachable and humble and it has been a blessing to have him as our father’s doctor. Dr Shantanu, ICU Consultant, played a vital role in my father’s care during his critical stay. His decisive clinical management, constant vigilance, and clear, honest communication inspired confidence at every stage. He handled complex critical situation with professionalism, empathy, and composure, for which our family is sincerely grateful. We would also like to acknowledge the ICU nurses and overall hospital staff for their dedication, responsiveness, and kindness. Their continuous monitoring, teamwork, and compassionate approach created a supportive and safe environment for both our father and family, and their efforts were truly appreciated.
