I came to Medanta hospital for cholecystectomy surgery of gall bladder removal for my father. My overall experience with doctors especially Dr. Anand Prakash and team was excellent. Dr. Anand always assured my father to go stress free before the surgery. He completed the whole procedure without any complications even when the surgery was considered with moderate to high risk.Overall nursing staff especially sister Pratiksha is of so caring and joyful nature that my father was overwhelmed and stress free just before the surgery. I would like to thank all the doctors, nursing staff and housekeeping for such a great hospitality and care for my father.

A very very slow service for CGHS patients, to get the registration process done feels like you get a massive win a as you’re in some kind of Sarkari hospital. Very small staff to handle the crowd. Slow internal process for verifying patients details. Plus you don’t get final bill to go directly to doctor, you will get a slip using that one needs to get final bill from department counter. These people should go and learn how to handle crowd especially from Medanta Gurgaon, they do handle big crowd and internal process in less time and also give bill.
