The overall patient management and appointment system needs serious improvement. The same reporting time is given to multiple patients, which creates unnecessary chaos and leads to extremely long waiting periods. Despite paying a significant amount for consultation and treatment, patients are made to wait for hours with no clarity or proper queue management. Additionally, there is inadequate seating arrangement for both patients and attendants. This becomes especially problematic for elderly patients or those with eye-related discomfort who are expected to wait for long durations. When patients or attendants express concern or confusion due to overcrowding, the staff responds by asking them not to “create chaos,” instead of addressing the root cause of the problem. The management should review the appointment scheduling process and ensure that reporting times are allocated realistically without overlapping multiple patients. Basic facilities like sufficient seating and better patient flow management are essential, especially for a healthcare facility charging premium fees. The current system causes unnecessary stress and inconvenience to patients and reflects poor operational planning.

Worst eye hospital. The doctors here have no time for patients. You have to for several hours for consultation and doctor spend not a single minute for you as there is so much crowd. Even they don't talk you properly. After recommendation from one of my relative in Lucknow, I traveled from Agra to Lucknow specialy in hope that here problem of my wife will be listened and diagnosed properly. But All my efforts wasted. "NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHOTE."

I took my mother for eye care. She was seen in a very professional manner by Dr Priyanka Yadav. Dr Yadav took the to explain findings and her recommendations to my mother. Dr Yadav is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Her OPD manager Mr Harshit Dixit helped my mother merge prior surgical and other medical records for my mother’s care. I recommend PNK Eye Care wholeheartedly.

Hume kuch bahut jyada nahi likhna. Kaha jaata hai ki glaucoma is a silent thief of eye. My husband got very little problem in his left eye peripheral blur in vision . Immediately reported the hospital medication started tests periodically done.no improvement in eye pressure .got worsen.in the last after 2.1/2 yrs it was advised for surgery jabki 75 percentage eye was damaged . Why they took so much time in deciding for the operation. In the field test it was shown. We are really not satisfied with the management n the way they make the patient wait uselessly so thanx to the team for making my husband's eye deteriorated. Thanx n all the best.

We had our eyes examined here and luckily got a good experience. The doctor was supportive and explained everything regarding the issue. Sometimes the hospital gets busy during weekends so better to schedule an appointment for weekdays.
