I had the best of care and experience in Medanta. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and absolutely loving. The surgery was complicated but I had experienced hands on me who made sure I was treated well and recovered better. I’d recommend it to anyone and everyone around.

I had gone for a breast biopsy last week. My experience there was exemplary. From the time the appointments were fixed by ms Rachna, who followed up so diligently. She waited with me, took appt for the MRI ,made sure I met the doctors, And followed up a day before the procedure. Always positive and smiling. She reassured me constantly that I would be fine when I was a bit anxious. All these things go a long way to Alleviate the stress a patient goes through. Another wonderful nurse Vaishali was so kind and helpful and willingly looked after everything so beautifully on the day of the procedure. Dr Kulbir Ahlawat and his kind polite gentle demeanour and utterly professional persona put me at ease at once. I can’t thank the doctors and staff enough for my day at Medanta. Very impressed with the cleanliness also. Thank you all

Hospital is super crowded expensive and not happy to take ayushman or other govt officials or insurance plans. Front desk handling ayushman cards or cghs cards lack patience or overworked. All floors work independently but keep sending each time to ground floor on one or other pretext. Online booking is complete fraud. I called for endocrinologist consultation, operator disconnected after listening ayushman card that team will contact you and I never got any call. Such a hospital scam or Indian govt failure for smooth functioning for public. Another incident was with gynaecology dept which is total worthless dept at Medanta. After almost 2 1/2 hrs of waiting for normal routine consultation with dr shradha. I couldn’t understand what’s meaning of appointment then ? I had to cancel and asked for refund. Such waste of time. corporate hospitals are more money minting businesses and chaos. for Full payments or international patients with marketing staff around to help, it might be easier to handle this chaos of over crowded lifts with tired ruthless desk staff. for rest its not smooth process. And on top who cares attitude of hospitals 😂 better to keep good health folks
