Park Hospital

I had my laparoscopy at Park Hospital under Dr. Rishu & Dr. Rajat, and my experience was excellent. The entire team was very supportive, and the staff provided great care throughout my stay. Hygiene and cleanliness were well-maintained, and every service—from admission to discharge—was handled smoothly. Highly satisfied with the treatment and overall experience. Would definitely recommend Park Hospital.

Park Hospital is the worst hospital I have ever experienced in my life. They have absolutely no value for human life or for patients. The management and staff appear to be focused only on making money, with no care, compassion, or ethics. The staff is highly unprofessional, and the overall hospitality and services are extremely poor. I strongly advise and request everyone who reads this review to please never visit Park Hospital. Even some of their own staff admitted the same issues. My experience with this hospital and its services was extremely bad and disappointing.

This hospital seems more focused on making money than providing honest medical care. They create unnecessary panic for very minor issues. For example, even a simple headache is exaggerated and presented as a serious neurological problem just to justify admitting the patient. They immediately recommend multiple tests and treatments that do not appear necessary. Overall, it felt like an attempt to scare patients and charge excessive amounts for basic or unnecessary treatments. Patients should be very careful and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to expensive procedures here.

I am writing to report an extremely poor experience during my Annual Health Check-up at Park Hospital, Badshahpur, today. The process was significantly delayed. Despite arriving at 9:30 AM, my fasting sample was not taken until 12:10 PM. I was informed that my TMT test would not occur until 2:30 PM and my PP sample around 3:00 PM. Furthermore, the PFT test could not be completed at all. Beyond the delays, the hospital was unhygienic. As shown in the attached photos, beds used for sample collection were shared by multiple patients without the sheets being changed. One of the assisting staff asked me to "Just use the already used gown". This was disgusting behaviour from the staff. I also have serious concerns regarding the accuracy of the results; the facility relies entirely on manual register entries rather than automation, and the staff appeared Incompetent. It gives vibe like tier 3 government hospital.
