I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Shri Satyarao sir and his PA madam for their exceptional medical care and guidance during my mother’s treatment. My mother, Mrs. G. Prabhavati, suffered a brain stroke and was admitted for treatment. With the timely care and expert supervision provided by the doctor and his team, she was successfully treated and discharged on 06-01-2026.7th floor,Room no.772. I would also like to sincerely thank all the senior nurses and trainee nurses who cared for my mother with great compassion and dedication. Though I may not know each of your names, the way you treated her with kindness, patience, and responsibility was truly admirable. You cared for her just like a family member, and that meant a lot to us during such a difficult time. Your service, commitment, and humanity will always remain in our hearts. On behalf of my entire family, I extend our deepest appreciation and gratitude to each one of you. Thank you very much for everything you have done for my mother.

The worst hospital. Doctors are experienced and competent. But Nursing staff and technicians service us the worst. The hospital is most unhygienic and smells stinky. The staff, nurses and the persons in the reception does not know anything. We have to go roam around the floors. Most of the security staff and attendants don't know telugu or english. I took me around 2 days to get the 2D echo done. It was informed that the test can ve done even on Sunday. But no one is available. After asking so many people it was informed that Sunday is a holiday to come on monday by 9'o clock. How can a emergency service be closed due to holidays. They have to be a shift system. Monday I had gone at 9'O clock. But the attendant came at 10 ' clock and technician at 11' clock. The nurses are very rude and made me shuttle from 1st floor to second floor several times. I waited at 2nd floor upto 11.45 but the lady technician bluntly asked to go to room no 18. She can say the same thing before also. Finally at 12'o clock I got my 2d echo done at room no 18.. Thanks to technician and doctor who are polite and courteous. The worst management staff at the hospital.

Disappointing Experience at Medicover Hospital: Proceed with Caution My recent encounters with Medicover Hospital for inpatient and outpatient care were deeply frustrating. The facility lacks basic standards, making it unreliable for serious medical needs. I'd rate it one star at best—here's why, based on my direct experiences. #### No Proper Procedures Both inpatient and outpatient processes are disorganized chaos. Outpatient appointments mean long waits with no queue system; I waited over two hours for a scheduled visit due to lost records. Inpatient admission is haphazard—bed allocation, medication, and discharge lack protocols. Nurses fumbled shift handovers, delaying care and risking errors. This improvisation undermines patient safety. #### Poor Cleanliness Hygiene is abysmal. Waiting areas are trash-strewn and dusty; inpatient rooms have stained sheets, moldy bathrooms, and unclean equipment. Housekeeping skips sections, and complaints are ignored. In a hospital, this negligence invites infections—far from sterile standards. #### Worst Staff Behavior Rudeness defines the staff. Receptionists dismiss queries with eye-rolls; nurses ignore calls and speak condescendingly; doctors rush consultations without empathy. No professionalism or patient-centered care—just indifference that heightens stress. #### No Accountability Mistakes go unaddressed. Double-booked slots? Blamed on "systems" with no apology. A medication error during my stay got a vague "we'll check" and zero follow-up. Management ignores grievances; no redressal system exists, fostering negligence. #### High Pricing and Hidden Charges Bills are exorbitant and opaque. Premium fees for subpar service include surprise "admin" or diagnostic costs not disclosed upfront. Questioning them yields "standard protocol" excuses—predatory tactics exploiting vulnerable patients. Medicover needs urgent reforms. Opt for better options like Apollo or Fortis. Avoid to spare yourself risks, frustration, and overcharges.

Worst ! Paid consultation fee for a doctor who was ‘on duty’ but not present for more than 2 hours. Patients were asked to wait further as the doctor had gone for a personal visit. It seems waiting is part of the treatment here. Kindly respect patients’ time and ensure accountability.Time is valuable for everyone, not just doctors.”
