This hospital not good for Ex-serviceman because ,they don't give us a refferal to the doctor we like ,who we have taken the referral to? They only give OPD to the doctor of their choice. because hospital staff said we have no use for the ex-servicemen, bills were not clear

The hospital Giving better treatment and the same time the hospitality was great. But some areas are not fair in the charges. The canteen food was good. We bear an additional bill amount to another treatment which is what my father required. We found some lag for operation. Sometimes the insects appear in the rooms also

Very Poor & Unprofessional Experience I visited Pinnacle Hospital to consult Dr. Kalyan Chakravarthy (Nephrologist), and my experience was extremely disappointing. There was a complete lack of professionalism and communication from the hospital staff. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, we were informed—very casually—that the doctor had already left early. There was no prior intimation, no clear explanation, and no attempt to manage patient expectations. What was most frustrating was the absence of basic courtesy. Patients were left waiting without acknowledgement, and there was no apology or alternative solution offered. When people take time out, travel, and wait for medical consultations, minimum respect and transparency are expected. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this hospital for time-sensitive or planned consultations. The systems and patient handling need serious improvement.

Excellent care and service. Doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. Nurses were supportive and attentive. The hospital was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a very comforting and professional experience.
