Medipulse Hospital A Unit of JHPL

I recently had my father undergo hernia surgery at Medipulse Hospital, Jodhpur, performed by Dr. Vivek Agrawal. The overall experience was very good. The hospital is neat, clean, and well-maintained, which immediately gives confidence and comfort to patients and their families. Dr. Vivek Agrawal is highly professional and skilled, and the surgery went smoothly under his care. The nursing staff was supportive, attentive, and provided excellent care throughout the recovery period. The only drawback was that it took almost a whole day to get the patient admitted, which was a bit inconvenient. However, apart from that, everything else was handled in a very professional manner. In my opinion, Medipulse is truly the best private hospital in Jodhpur for quality treatment and patient care.

It is very shameful for me & also for all of them, who belongs from ECHS or RGHS refer al cases..... Because there are too many issues.... First there is no discipline of time in permanent staff....... Second they will not treat you like a patient.... They will treat you like a burden....you can understand they didn't show a glass of water to my grandmother in 6 hours very shameful & disappointed.....I came here for my grandmother treatment....... I would like to mention that don't make referal of your relatives here.... I have to look for another hospital....... Very bad experience........

Patient 303 is my grandmother, who was admitted for treatment under Pulmo. Department and required proper nutritional guidance for better recovery because their appetite was very low. Dietician Gorisha has done her duty exceptionally well. Despite being an intern, she handled everything with great dedication and professionalism. She speaks very kindly to my grandmother and explained the nutritional facts to her in a way that we were never able to do at home. Thanks to her guidance, my grandmother now eats properly and her recovery is going very well.God blessed her. A heartfelt thank you to Sumitra Ma’am as well. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Ram Niwas Choudhary from the TPA Department for his support and for facilitating a smooth and quick admission and discharge process. The hospital is neat, clean, and well-maintained, which instills confidence and comfort in both patients and their families.

I had a very disappointing experience with the RGHS service at Mediplus Hospital. There were extremely long waiting hours, and even after waiting, there was no proper response from the concerned staff. The staff seemed least bothered about the patient's condition and concerns. There was a clear lack of communication and coordination regarding RGHS approvals and documentation. Instead of providing support, we were left waiting without updates or guidance. Such services are meant to support patients during difficult times, but unfortunately, the experience was stressful and poorly managed. I hope the hospital improves its responsiveness and takes patient care more seriously in the future
