Mediversal is an excellent hospital with outstanding facilities. Dr. Vikas is one of the best cardiologists, and I would highly recommend him for any cardiac-related issues. The entire experience was extremely smooth and well-organized. The staff and coordinators especially Ms. Supriya, Ms. Smriti, and Ms. Anku were incredibly supportive and assisted with every requirement whenever needed. They ensured that all processes were handled seamlessly without any inconvenience. Hospitals are often associated with hectic experiences, but Mediversal truly stands out. Mediversal has excellent team of Doctors specially Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Chhaparia whose Clinical Acumen , knowledge and leadership is of the highest Calibre. Entire ICU staff led by Dr. Rajesh Roshan delivers highest quality of care to the patients. I am also very thankful to Dr. Tanveer who was instrumental in managing ICU care the very first night that my mother was admitted. I am also thankful to Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Dr. Lalji Pandey who helped us during the ICU stay. The nursing staff were superb and very compassionate and competent and my family is very thankful to them . I would like to thank Ms. Garima, Ms. Tabassum, Ms. Vineeta for their support and care. I would also like to thank Mr. Kaushik ,Ms. Supriya , and Ms. Anku for helping with our needs in the hospital and helping with arranging home care. They were always available to resolve our issues.
