The hospital staff was professional, kind, and efficient. I was made to feel welcome and cared for from the moment I arrived. From the administrative staff to the nurses, everyone was cordial and guided me through every step of the process. It was a very positive and stress-free experience. This is an excellent hospital that puts the patient first. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding.

I was very serious so directly got admitted to the icu. There I got to know that my body is fighting from many diseases. I am thankful enough to all the doctors who treated me to all the nursing staffs who made me smile when I was crying because nobody was able to find my vein..... Special mention to Dr. Abhishek thank you sir( sorry mere daant abhi bhi yellow hi h😂).. Thank you all the nursing staffs thanks to all the caretakers.. You all may forget me but I'll never because you all are the reason for my survival.. All doctors and nursing staff hard work has motivated me to be a doctor.. Thank you so much for saving me and not letting me die❤
Very poor service. The hospital staff is careless and often gives wrong medicines. Management should take responsibility and improve immedialy . My experience with this hospital was extremely unsatisfactory. The staff is unorganized, and I noticed serious errors in giving medicines to patients. Such negligence can put lives at risk. A hospital should ensure proper care, but here I found a lack of responsibility and professionalism. I strongly request the management to improve their system, provide proper staff training, and prioritize patient safety. Understood 👍 I’ll include that clearly in the review. Here are two polished versions: --- ✅ Short Review: Very bad experience. The hospital makes lots of mistakes in giving medicines again and again. Staff is careless, and management is not serious about patient safety. This hospital is not working properly. Many times, the staff makes mistakes in giving the correct medicine.
My mother was admitted to the hospital on 12 January 2026. During the ECG procedure, the nurse removed all her gold jewellery. Later, when we opened and checked the jewellery, we found that one gold ring was missing. When we complained about this, the hospital staff neither listened to us nor took any action. They also refused to show the CCTV footage, saying that they do not keep backup for more than two days, especially for the emergency area.
