Thanking the Radiation and Chemotherapy departments, for their exceptional care and support throughout the treatment journey. A special thanks to Dr. Shreyasee and Dr. Shrivastava from the Radiation Department for their professionalism, clarity in explaining every step, and the confidence they instilled during a very challenging time. Their guidance, patience, and compassionate approach made a huge difference. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Nilesh from the Chemotherapy Department for the continuous support, timely decisions, and reassuring attitude throughout the treatment process. His dedication and attention to patient comfort were truly commendable. Along with the doctors, the entire nursing and support staff from both departments were extremely cooperative, kind, and always ready to help. Their positive attitude, responsiveness, and care created a comforting environment during a difficult phase.

Hi, This is our joint review post from Sanjib Chakraborty (father) & Sujoy Chakraborty (son). We were both at MGM,Vashi hospital for liver transplant. My son (Sujoy) is donar. First we are very thankful to get opportunities to interact with trustee board and board of medical team and get full assurance & kind support services for this critical major liver transplant. Also special thanks to Ms.Sharmila Sarkar for her extreme support & assurance on financial side, thank you madam once again. Now we would like to inform you about the quality of services, whether it is Dr.Satish Kulkarni (highly-qualified & experienced doctor) or Dr. Gaurav Gupta & his team from H.N.Reliance for their outstanding support & performance for major critical liver transplant surgery. We are very fortunate to get surgeon like Dr.Gaurav Gupta, Dr.Prashant Kadam, Dr.Vijay and their team for this major critical surgery successful. We especially very thankful to Dr.Satish Kulkarni to keep me alive, in critical situation ,it's just miracle with me. My liver was totally inactive & damaged condition but Dr.Satish Kulkarni's medicine keep me alive. Thank you Sir. We also thankful to Dr.Manisha, Dr.Sumit, Dr.Sailesh, Dr.Archana, Dr.Vikram, Dr.Avesh and many more doctor for their outstanding support in my critical situation. Some time we must appreciate to other support staff like Mr.Vaibhav Bhosale, Ms.Jayashree Savalge, Ms.Shilpa,(finance team) Ms.Vaishali (pharmacy) & especially Mr.Vaibhav Vhosale's support is appreciated . AND we found all sisters/brothers/ward boys from ICU to till discharge are really appreciable, they are very dedicated to their work & give most priority to patients. SUGGESTION: MGM MANAGEMENT SHOULD INTRODUCE SOME KIND OF PRIME MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR BIG TKT PATIENTS FOR FUTURE FACILITIES &PREFERENCE..

The appointment process was very easy and smooth, and the reception staff handled everything efficiently. The paperwork was clear and well-organized, which made the process hassle-free. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness of the center, especially the washrooms, was impressive. The security guard was polite and helpful, ensuring everything stayed orderly.
