I was Dr. Abhijit Bagul's Patient admitted at this hospital for an emergency case. This hospital went far ahead from my expectations. From the maushis, cleaners, nurses to the doctors all are very good at their job. Very sensitive to the patients care and needs. Quick to response. A go to hospital without stress. My stay here was for 5 days and no complaints. Well managed hospital even the canteen food for patients is good. They don't harass visitors too. Good care is taken about cleanliness.

I underwent Ear surgery under the care of Dr. Avinash Borade at MPCT Hospital on 13 January 2026. From the date of admission until discharge, my experience with the hospital was excellent and extremely satisfying. All the hospital staff—including the receptionists, doctors, nurses, sisters, and ground-level staff—were humble, polite, professional, and very attentive to patient care. The hospital environment was clean, neat, and well maintained. Overall, I am very pleased with the treatment and services provided

My experience with MPCT (Sanpada) Hospital was excellent. The staff was kind. The Doctors were patient. They were co- operative in nature. Specially Dr. Wasim, always talks politely, always smiling. Mr. Nilesh, Mr.Suraj, Mr. Siddiqui always ready to deal happily with the patient's. I done my Radiation Therapy in this hospital. The best experience we ever had with such a loving and caring staff.

Our experience at the MPCT hospital was mixed overall, but I still want to give a full 5 stars because of the exceptional doctors and ICU staff. Dr. Maunil Bhuta and Dr. Aarati Kulkarni were absolutely amazing — highly talented, caring, and thorough in handling my mom’s surgery. Dr. Maunil took the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail, including the pros and cons, in a way that even a non-medical person could easily understand. That really helped us feel informed and reassured throughout the process. The ICU nurses, especially nurse Harshada, were extremely attentive and compassionate during my mom’s recovery. Their care and dedication truly stood out. However, the billing department needs significant improvement. They initially discussed a surgery package with a certain discount but did not stick to their word later, which was quite disappointing. So, please make sure you get a clear estimation in advance — they generally provide it, but in my case, it was not given. Despite this issue, the outstanding medical care and commitment of the doctors and nurses made all the difference. Thank you to the entire medical team for taking such good care of my mom!

Doctors, nurses, other staff all are good. Sometimes some patients are untidy, they do not clean the washroom well. The housekeeping staff can check it frequently. Another thing is when the patient admits with tremendous pain it is expected that calming the patient should be the priority even before the paper work. We found delay in this. Overall experience is satisfactory. Our best wishes. 😀🙏👍
