*Please Read this Review before taking your children to Mira Hospital* 4th may 2025 my three months daughter was been taken to Mira Hospital due to high fever I was waiting for more than an hour to consult Dr Kalpant Shukla after observation Dr suggested to get addmission in ICU for monitoring observation purpose Midnight 4pm my husband was been asked to deposit Rs 25000 for admission and 6000 per day charges was informed. 3 month baby has to be shifted in general ICU ward where the adults treatment was happening as they don’t have any option of PICU After been shifted in general ICU ward The environment was like fish market staff was arguing in high audacity, there was so much noise of banging doors and falling and banging of hospital stuffs and machines, Inspite of being understanding the condition of ICU patients. On my complaint they were very rude to tell that this is how it is we don’t have any solution. My 3 month child was struggling to rest because of the environment Highly crowded ICU ward with so many beds and mosquitoes in the room with unprofessional team is been functioning without any single hesitation. They started my daughter treatment by 9am And whole day we were being asked to go for multiple reports. After getting all done my husband was sitting outside on staircase for 5 hours as they don’t have proper waiting area out. People are accumulated and crying outside ICU in crowd for hours after spending lakhs of Rs for their loved ones In our case The fever continued and we were been asked to continue next day but no normal room was available hence we decided to discharge. They charged amount of Rs 23,760 for not even 24 hours adding unreasonable prices for the treatments that was never upto the mark and just finding ways to make bigger bills. Unprofessional and rude staffs No clear information and treatments On being asked for refund of 1200 from the deposited amount they ask us to wait for 3 days to get refund as been stated to us that they had no accountant staff at the night time. Staff unavailablity in high charged hospitals is point to be consider Please check the attached images below to understand how they charge doctor consultation 4 times more 2200 for single visit in ICU than normal consultation charges which is 500 by hospital stating it is ICU charges for doctor visit The hospital holds a impression of curing people In real, behind closed doors it is more than an idea of making money ignoring the human purpose of visting the hospital and just functinong as an commercial store

My wife was admitted here for her Appendicitis Operation ( Appendix).No doubt, Dr. Bharat Chaudhary is one of the best doctors when it comes to doing the Surgery, handling the pressure of patients and their relatives, answering each and every queries again and again. The Hospital is well equipped and it is indeed a multi speciality hospital. Would really like to appreciate the whole staff for the service. The Nursing staff were very attentive and managed things well. Rooms were clean and so was the washroom. Their billing was very simple and clear with no hidden charges. The TPA department were very attentive and helpful when it came to discharge. The best part, they answered all our calls and completed all the formalities on time. (we had a terrible experience with a big hospital in Mumbai) but here it was very smooth. Overall thankyou Dr. Bharat Chaudhary and the whole staff of Mira Hospital.

One of the worst hospital. The staff does not have the humanity they only talk about money money… The after getting approval from doctors for CT scan and MIR in afternoon then also they book slot for mid night for old age patient. The time patient need rest at that time they make patient to travel and more important is that they doesn’t send any proper persons with patient in ambulance in case of emergency they totally depend on ambulance driver. Everyone is here for money making. If you have insurance with good amount the only they will give you importance. If you don’t have insurance they will not care about you… I recommend if you have political contacts , Contacts or money then only get admitted in this hospital

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. When we approached the doctor for help regarding a baby’s death certificate—a highly sensitive and emotional situation—he told his trainee “don’t entertain them.” This was extremely hurtful and unprofessional. At such a difficult time, families expect compassion and basic support, not dismissal. I hope the hospital takes this seriously and ensures more empathetic behaviour in the future.@dr Kalpant B Shukla
