I have been coming to this hospital for the past 7–8 years solely because of **Dr. Prakash Kaurani**, who is an exceptionally skilled and experienced doctor. His accurate diagnosis, patient-focused treatment approach, and surgical expertise are highly commendable. My recent kidney stone operation was performed successfully by Dr, and I am truly grateful for his care. However, **the hospital's overall service and management have been consistently disappointing**, and this time was no different—perhaps even worse. Despite my previous negative experiences with the hospital's service quality, I chose to come back only because I trust Dr. Prakash. Unfortunately, **the post-operative care was extremely poor**. I had a urinary catheter bag attached, but there was **no staff available to assist with regular emptying or hygiene support**. My wife had to manage everything herself, which is **completely unacceptable in a hospital setting**. To make matters worse, **there was no water in the washroom for two days**—a shocking and unhygienic situation that should never happen in any medical facility. **Cleanliness, staff responsiveness, and patient care are seriously lacking.** These are not optional services—they are essential, especially after surgery. It also appears that the **hospital management is more focused on pushing expensive treatment packages to patients** rather than ensuring that the services included in those packages are actually provided properly. This attitude of **“collect the money but neglect the service”** needs to change urgently. To summarize: * **Dr. Prakash Kai Rani is excellent** and the only reason I continue to come here. * **Hospital management urgently needs to improve infrastructure, hygiene, and post-operative care.** * **Patients deserve more than just good doctors—they deserve a safe and well-managed recovery environment.** * Please **think carefully before choosing this hospital** Please replace management if you expect proper care and basic amenities after surger

Sai Criticare Hospital provides very good service and All stop & Doctors good behaviour Dr. Prakash Kaurani Sir is very polite and smiling which makes the patients forget their pain. ❤️❤️❤️ Hospital is a very important place on everyone where we need to go for treatment ❣️❣️❣️❣️

Disappointing experience overall. Very rude staff with no coordination among themselves. Few are okay, but most of the staff is not helpful and rude. They communicate very well with regards to deposite amounts and advance payments but when asked queries either they respond rudely or no response at all. They need to improve coordination among their staff to keep positive environment for patients and their worried family members. Another concern is we just wait clueless with no information, communication shared regarding recovery, treatment given. Round up and visits from doctors are never on time. You have to communicate constantly and be active all the time to receive proper guidance otherwise there will be delay in discharge. Charges on chart and at time of billing are very different. Kindly update all charges so at time of billing families should be less worry and will have less conflicts with staff.
