Services of Thyrocare Turbhe head office (online or watsap booking) is pathetic and unprofessional esp. the Sample Collection Agent, Customer Care Executive, Complaint Management, inspite of giving feedback noone came back. Collection agent purposely change the payment mode from postpaid to prepaid(Cash), then they were not able to again change the payment mode, samples were purposely sent late due to which doctors were doubting abt the reports and were also doubting credibility of Thyrocare.
The infrastructure is very decent yet impressive ,Though the outside road is not very comfortable to drive on. Overall the company is great.
Tried Thyrocare test and it was a wrong decision. Tests has fasting blood test too. Yesterday evening, got the details of person who was supposed to come today between 8 am -9 am to collect blood samples. Yesterday evening itself, shared my Google location and PIN code. Started fasting 8 pm yday. Today morning no body turned up. On enquiring i was told pincode issue. No alternate person was arranged. Why pincode was not raised yday evening when address/pincode was shared. It’s totally unreliable for yours needs. Better to go with more reliable and trustworthy apps.
Very good service through trained technicians for blood collection and good back office support. The mobile app however has scope for improvement in the search menu. Reports are fast and appears to be reasonably accurate as because I am using this service almost since inception and my family blood reports correlate with the person and the clinical conditions. Price used to be be very competitive and value for money, but presently increased. However it may still be good value for money as per present market rates.
