Narula Diagnostic LLP

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Narula Diagnostics, Gurugram. My wife, Mrs. Pratibha Jain (50/Female), underwent a CBCT TMJ scan on 08 December 2025 at your centre (Lab No: NDS 24876). Despite multiple follow-ups, the complete report was not provided on time, causing unnecessary delay in her medical treatment. Even after receiving the report, it was poorly presented, confusing, and lacked a clear diagnostic impression, making it difficult for the treating doctor to proceed confidently. Most importantly, till date, the CBCT films have NOT been printed or provided. This is completely unacceptable. Films are a crucial part of CBCT diagnostics, and denying them reflects gross negligence, poor patient care, and lack of professional responsibility. We experienced: • Unjustified delay in report delivery • Non-availability of printed CBCT films even after repeated requests • No proper communication or accountability • Casual and careless attitude towards a critical diagnostic investigation Due to these failures, my wife’s treatment has been delayed, causing mental stress, inconvenience, and loss of valuable time. A diagnostic centre that claims to be “Hi-Tech” is expected to maintain basic professional standards, which were clearly missing in this case. This experience has severely damaged our trust in Narula Diagnostics. I strongly caution other patients to avoid this centre for important investigations. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate it to consumer court, medical authorities, and appropriate regulatory bodies. Very beautiful centre. Neet and clean clean centre. I came for PET CT scan, done on time . Got the report same day in the evening. Staff are good and vo operative.

Superb service at this centre, reports were accurate and delivered super fast . 👍

The reception area feels more like a picnic spot than a diagnostic center. The staff at the front desk constantly chat about irrelevant personal topics, often laughing and giggling loudly, even when patients and their attendants are seated nearby. They frequently walk into the lab room while talking loudly, which makes the entire atmosphere noisy and unprofessional. It’s surprising that instead of patients, it’s the staff who create all the disturbance. The overall vibe of the center is chaotic and far from the calm, respectful environment expected in a healthcare setting. Moreover, the doctor showed little regard for patients’ time. We were made to wait for nearly half an hour despite arriving during our scheduled slot. The doctor attending to us was a resident rather than a senior radiologist, which raises concerns about the level of experience and the credibility of the diagnostic report compared to those issued by reputed senior doctors.

I have no words to express my disappointment with the test management and report deliverance. MRI on my son was done on 27th September 2025 at Gurgaon outlet of Narula Diagnostic. We had an appointment for 12:30pm but test was conducted at 2:15pm. All said and done, our suffering just started as reports are outstanding till now...1:25pm, 28th September 2025, while I am writing this review. I don't understand the delay!!!! We have been chasing regularly with no concrete reason for delay and report unavailable. Patients visiting here are suffering and nobody is coming here for MRI out of joy or casual approach. Really sorry to know about their such bad state of affairs.
