I had the best experience at raghav diagnostic centre today. Out of every lab I’ve been to before, this was by far the smoothest. But here,divya, the staff member who took my sample, was amazing. She guided me through each step — asking me to take a deep breath in and out, then slowly open my fist once the blood was drawn. The way she did it was so professional and gentle that I barely felt anything. It was completely painless, which I honestly didn’t expect. I truly appreciate divya skill and care, and I would definitely recommend raghav diagnostic centre to anyone. This experience was far better than any lab I’ve visited before. It is not just a pathological lab that you enter. It’s a quiet oasis of efficiency and professionalism. The greeting is warm, and advice if sought, is genuinely given. The senior management is available for any further clarifications or reassurance. After all it’s not just any pin prick or basic test that you might have come for.. it could be a test for life threatening situations too. The entire team, including the Dr. Garima, walk the extra mile ( or even two) for necessary research, if for instance they do not conduct a specific test.
