427 on GoogleSome Nurses and Doctor working here are so unprofessional. They make us wait for hours and trying to act busy.We came for my Grandmother dressing they keep on saying Dr is not there and make us wait from 4 to 9 o clock . Requested management to look into this ....b
I had the worst experience in this hospital. Not only were the staff extremely racist but they are outright mean. Plus the care system is absolutely horrendous. After getting into an accident and needing quick medical attention, I went to this hospital. Just to be neglected for 2 hours, and get insulted by the staff in their local language just because I'm an outsider right infront of my face. I would absolutely recommend people who are non locals to go to some other hospital, as this one clearly lacks the respect and care needed for patients.
Had a very bad experience with the billing staff. My mother went for her regular checkup, and the doctor advised her to get some blood tests done. At the billing counter, she was asked to pay ₹1130 ,so she paid it in cash. But when I checked the billing receipt later at home, it clearly showed only ₹630 for all the tests. It’s heartbreaking that the staff took advantage of my mother’s illiteracy and her situation. They are no less than pickpockets-wolf disguised in sheep's clothing.Fraudsters like these are exploiting patients and pocketing money for themselves. I can’t imagine how many others, especially patients from villages or those who can’t read, might be falling victim to such dirty shenanigans. No offense to the doctors and nurses — they are doing their job sincerely — but the billing and front-desk staff are extremely rude and need to keep their attitude in check. They don’t know the ‘H’ of hospitality or the ‘E’ of empathy despite working in a hospital. They act like they’re doing patients a favour, when in reality, they are being paid to do their job. The least they can do is assist patients respectfully instead of showing rude behaviour and pretending to be too busy or burdened. Even we aren’t there by choice — no one comes to a hospital happily. If I had been there, I would have confronted that staff member immediately and demanded a full refund or atleast hold her accountable for her act of money laundering.Shame on them. The hospital administration should look into this matter seriously and take strict action against such corrupt staff. People visit hospitals with hopes of recovery and healing — not to be cheated and looted by the very people they trust. They are no more less than scammers.Very disappointing experience.I’ve learned a lesson the hard way — from now on, I’ll make payments through UPI to ensure there’s a digital record and to avoid being scammed again.
