This hospital doesnt even deserve a 1 star. This hospital focus only in money making. The Dr (MR Siddiqui) misdiagnose you just to get a hold of the patient and the Dr is not in time although his opd starts at 1.30 but there are no sign of the Dr till 3 pm. No set priority to their work nor patient and very unprofessional.

To the Best Best BEST DOCTOR! DOCTOR ALOK DEB, he has made my pregnancy journey so smooth and so easy, everyone around me told me that normal delivery is very rare these days as doctors supports C-section but doctor ALOK DEB has delivered my baby normal way and we both are fine. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Apart from dedication , he also has slight wit which impresses me more resulting in great relief from stress while chatting with him. May God bless him and best wishes for the future.

Based on my experience, this hospital appears more focused on maximizing charges than providing proper patient care. Billing was unclear, costs were emphasized repeatedly, and patient concerns were not taken seriously. This raises serious concerns about ethics and transparency. Profit clearly comes before patients here. Billing mattered more than care. •Felt like a business, not a hospital. Patient care was secondary to money. •Rushed care, unclear charges, constant focus on payment — very concerning. •Treated like a source of revenue, not a patient.

My family and I had such a bad experience with this hospital years ago, and when my friend brought up this new incident about how a patient has been denied timely doctor attention, it brought back all that anger. A hospital exists to treat and care for people, not to use patients as a source of revenue while basic medical responsibility is neglected.

It has been an extremely bad experience with Woodland Shillong. The hospital charges exorbitant medical bills. Because of them, we are almost broke now with barely any money left to survive. They don't even offer any compensation for senior citizens, which every hospital should. I won't recommend this hospital to anyone unless you have crores in your bank account to throw on them. Doctors are fine though.
