He is highly skilled, friendly, polite, and completely non-commercial in his approach. For my post-operative check-ups, the entire process is completed within 45 minutes to 1 hour — a big difference from my experience in Kakinada, where it would take 2 to 3 hours for a similar cataract follow-up. Not only Dr. Ramkumar Gudapati but also all the staff here are friendly, courteous, and highly service-oriented. Though the hospital may appear small from the outside, the quality of treatment is excellent.
