I recently had my mother’s cataract surgery performed at this hospital, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The overall facilities and services provided were extremely poor. We were charged a higher amount for cataract surgery using AI technology. However, the surgery was not performed using the promised AI technology. Despite this, we were asked to pay a significantly higher fee. There is a person specifically assigned in the hospital to manage ratings and feedback. This individual takes the mobile phones of patients’ relatives and submits ratings and feedback on their behalf. They also take photos from the relatives’ phones and upload them. Due to this practice, most of the ratings and reviews appear positive. I was also asked to hand over my phone for feedback submission, but I refused and chose to write this review myself. Therefore, I request others not to rely solely on the ratings and feedback shown for this hospital. Patients are told that advanced technology and better lenses will be used after charging higher fees, but in reality, cheaper lenses and basic techniques are used. Please think carefully before choosing treatment here. I would not personally recommend this hospital.

My uncle underwent a cataract surgery performed using AI-assisted technology by Dr. Abhishek Chandra Sir. The entire experience was excellent and completely painless. The behavior and support of the hospital staff were highly professional and compassionate. Due to AI assisted Surgery we don't get any kind of oral medication or eye drop.. Thanks to all the member of Netrodaya the Eye City..

Dr. Abhishek Chandra is an outstanding doctor. He operated, and from the first consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, everything was handled with great care and precision. He explained the procedure clearly and treated us with patience and respect. Netrodaya Hospital, Varanasi has a very supportive staff and clean environment. Truly grateful for such excellent treatment. Must visit everyone (specially - patient with retinal problems)

The behavior and support of the hospital staff were highly professional and compassionate. I sincerely express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved. Special thanks to Dr. Abhishek Chandra, Mr. Rajan (Administrator), and Mr. Deepak (TPA), along with the entire staff, for their outstanding care and cooperation.

Thank you netrodaya. Everything is too good about this hospital. The service they provide is too good. Each and every staff and doctor is well behaved with the patient. They don't give unnecessary medicine. Hygiene of the hospital is also too good.
