““The staff’s behavior is satisfactory only during the daytime. Furthermore, after 8:00 PM, no responsible staff member is present to attend to patients, evaluate their condition, or provide appropriate treatment.” 2.“My father underwent an eye cataract surgery at Purvanchal Hospital under the CAPF Ayushman/Treatment Card scheme. Even after the treatment was duly approved under the Ayushman Card, the hospital staff informed us that only an amount of ₹20,000/- had been approved under this card. This information was kept in a highly confidential and non-transparent manner by the hospital administration. No written intimation regarding the approved amount was provided to the patient or to the attendants, nor was any official document or proof made available. Such a procedure reflects a lack of transparency and appears to be misleading for patients and their families. I therefore request that this matter be impartially examined and appropriate action be taken at the earliest.
Doctor suggested cataract surgery even though it was not required, I visited there for treatment of glucoma he said cataract surgery will help to release pressure of eyes. It seems that doctor primary goal is to make money and increase revenue of hospital. He mislead me to make me agree for surgery. People behaviour was good but my feeling about doctor was not good as I mentioned about. One person will say you please give me five star rating, he will also say please do it here infront of me.

Worst hospital I have ever visited. They took full payment and completed all formalities, but at the time of operation they asked us to go to another hospital (Kashi Netralaya). They didn’t provide any support or transport facility, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Highly unprofessional and poorly managed.
Very lazy staff took 30 min to register & then their staff helping their patient to go first...after 2 hrs...still waiting for Doctor.... When we asked they speak they will help out & fast.... Even reception no have AC....ONE fan for 15 patient... As I reported then Managers & Doctors take step & solve the issue..... Doctors are Nice & clearly elaborate & given Good advice. Jai hind...Jai bharat
