I had a truly wonderful experience at new era mother and child hospital. From the moment i walked in the staff made me feel welcomed cared for and respected. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Which made a big difference during recovery. The nurses were attentive warm and always ready to answer questions with patience and clarity. I highly recommend new era mother and child hospital to anyone looking for professional empathetic and high quality maternal and pediatric care.
I was taken into emergency on date 31/01/2026 and I saw the duty staff was extremely promt and helpful. Neither wasted their time. I m happy that they give me priority. The service has been very nice including nursing and housekeeping staff. All members are well trained and polite in behaviour. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained properly. The front desk staff is courteous and smiling. It is very nice to see such a friendly environment right from OPD to IPD patient.
We are extremely thankful to Dr. Kalyani Kadu and Dr.Priya Bahe Madam for the exceptional care given to our baby at NewEra Mother & Child Hospital, Nagpur. Our baby was admitted in a critical condition, and the way both doctors handled the situation was truly remarkable. Dr. Kalyani Kadu Madam is very knowledgeable, calm, and explains everything clearly to parents. Priya Bahe Madam is equally caring, supportive, and always available whenever needed. The entire pediatric ICU team was attentive and professional. Because of their timely treatment, proper guidance, and continuous monitoring, our baby is now stable and doing well. We are deeply grateful for their dedication, kindness, and medical expertise. Highly recommended hospital and doctors for pediatric care. Thank you so much 🙏
