Exceptional Care & Support – Truly Grateful We rushed my father to the hospital at midnight when he suddenly became unconscious, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the immediate support we received. The doctors and staff acted swiftly and professionally, ensuring he was attended to without a moment’s delay. The overall atmosphere of the hospital is very pleasant and positive, which truly helps during stressful moments. The staff provided genuine care and affection throughout his treatment, making us feel seen and supported at every step. A special mention to Dr. Atal, whose knowledge, calmness, and inspirational approach stood out. He takes the time to do a deep analysis to find the root cause rather than just treating the symptoms. His guidance and expertise gave us so much confidence and comfort. Thank you to the entire team for being there when we needed it the most. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional medical care. 🙏🏼🧡

My mother was feeling breathless, and after much concern, I took an appointment with Dr. Rajesh Atal at Orange City Hospital, Nagpur. Upon examination, he advised immediate admission for better care and management. Trusting his expertise, I went ahead with the admission—and I truly cannot thank Dr. Rajesh Atal and the entire team at Orange City Hospital enough. From the moment of admission to the time of discharge, everything was handled with the utmost care and efficiency. The hospital premises were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The nursing station on the 4th floor, the night shift doctor, and all the support staff ensured that my mother received the best care possible during her stay. We opted for cashless treatment, and the TPA team present in the hospital made the entire process—from intimation to disbursement and final discharge—absolutely hassle-free. A special thanks to Ms. Priya Sasi and Ms. Priya for their outstanding assistance and support during the two days of treatment. Their dedication and kindness truly made a difference. We are fortunate to have such a hospital in Central India that offers quality healthcare at costs that are within reach for the common man. Highly recommend Orange City Hospital for anyone seeking compassionate and professional medical care.

Doctors are nurses are good as well as co-operative but casualty handling process is kind of slow ( as they were priorly informed that patient has heart history). Rest hospital is decent but the main doctor (cardiologist) were called on time. The Main cardiologist who did the angioplasty had not attended the patient next day but his subordinate did. As a patient's it would be better if the doctor who did the process visit the next day for basic checkup. Toilets are bad and I'm telling this about CCU toilets. The taps are rusted and some of the western toilet didn't have jet and some of the toilet didn't have flush also.

We came to OCHRI after my brother met with an accident cutting his arteries on the wrist along with muscles and tendons. It was a very traumatic experience for him as well as the family however we received excellent treatment and was administered and operated with immense care and precision by Dr. Darshan Rewanwar sir, who successfully helped recover the hand despite of all the injury and blood loss. We are thankful for the hospital staff as well for their support. We will recommend Orange city hospital for such emergency cases.
