Upper staff is not co-operate and middle staff is misguide. I was Connected from 2011 but now not satisfy this staff service. I was already discussed from staff through TPA through treatment but without any drugs charge high and approximately 35% cash charges and bed charge already discussed discharge day is not apply but next one day extra charge to me. So I am not suggesting any other. Please my suggestion in future this type treatment no any other person.

I have been visiting Nova Hospital for the past five years. My parents were admitted multiple times this year for different medical issues. Since we have health insurance, we usually go through the TPA for cashless treatment. However, the TPA department at this hospital is consistently rude and extremely unprofessional. There have been multiple incidents where they showed negligence in their work. 1. Poor handling of emergency admission I had to admit my father due to a gallbladder infection after 8 PM. Their TPA office closes at 8 PM. Right after admission, I was asked to buy medicines from their medical store. The store charged me, and I had no idea that medicines could still be availed cashless without TPA approval. No staff member informed or guided me. During discharge, the TPA employee refused to include the medicines in the claim and spoke in a very rude manner. 2. Negligence with medical tests When my mother was admitted, the doctor recommended a complete allergy test. That test was not available in their billing software, so the TPA could not generate the approval. The hospital collected her blood sample, but they did not send it for testing because billing was pending. Her blood sample stayed in the hospital for 24 hours. When I asked for the report the next day, I was informed the test was never sent since the TPA did not add the test name in their system. This delayed the test by a full day, and the hospital charged room fees, nursing fees and other charges for those 24 hours, increasing the bill unnecessarily. 3. Hospital acts more like a hotel Apart from Basic vitals, echo, X-rays and basic blood tests, no major test is done inside the hospital. For any ultrasound, CT scan, MRI or advanced diagnosis, the patient must be taken outside by ambulance, which is inconvenient and stressful for someone already in pain.

I had worst experience with this hospital My mother was admitted to Nova Hospital, and the hospitality there was extremely poor. They are openly looting patients. Within just 15 hours, they charged more than ₹50,000. First, in the emergency room, they gave her an injection saying it would reduce her pain, but instead, her pain became even worse. After that, they shifted her to the ICU. The doctors there did not take proper care of her at all. She was mentally and emotionally tortured on a religious basis. Inside the ICU, there was absolutely no proper care—only torture. They kept lying to us, saying that her organs would stop functioning, just to extract more money from us. The biggest fraud among them was Dr. Ajay Chaudhary. They also prescribed medicines in excessive quantities and took them away to keep for themselves instead of giving them to the patient.

I visited Nova Hospital, Lucknow, and I must say the experience was absolutely amazing! The hospital is exceptionally clean, well-organised, and managed with great professionalism. A very special mention to Dr Gopal Garg and Dr Arti Rathore for their kindness and helping nature. They ensure everything was handled perfectly and that we felt comfortable throughout.
