Today I had a very bad experience. The staff here are very unprofessional. The lady at the front office does not even know how to speak properly, and I don’t understand why she is working here. She does not respond properly and behaves very rudely. Near Dr. Subramanyam’s room, there is an old lady who talks very harshly and angrily. She does not know how to speak politely with patients. It was a very bad experience for me today. Many people in front of me were also upset because of their behavior. Management should immediately take action. I do not understand how such people are given jobs.
We have undergone kidney transplantation at Omni RK Hospital under the guidance of Dr. J.N. Srinivasulu Garu and his team. We are very satisfied with the treatment and care provided. The doctor and his team were professional, supportive, and took excellent care throughout the process. We sincerely thank them for their dedicated service

I’ve been consulting Dr. Radha Krishna garu for the past 24 years, and both my children are great fans of him. My journey with dr. Jn srinivasulu sir is since last 6year we had a transplantation 3years back i am very good not and KT usha is is also very good guiding is very good and nursing Devi is also very good
Update: Really fast response at the hospital. The nurses and docs were always excellent. Saw the housekeeping staff too change their attitude. Hope the good work lasts. Pls do something sbt the chairs, washrooms etc and this will the best hospital. This hospital has everything. Good place, excellent doctors and staff. But the staff just need supervising. Thanks for the fast response.
