Orthonova Joint

Last month, my mother had a knee replacement operation at Orthonova Hospital. The operation was successful, and we are thankful for that. But our experience after the operation was not good. After the surgery, my mother stayed in the hospital for around 10 days. Even after one month, her health is still not good. She has vomiting, fever, weakness, and she is not eating properly. We visited the hospital many times and also called them many times, but every time they only changed the medicines. We did not see much improvement. We also met the main doctor (Dr Harpreet Singh), but my mother’s condition is still not better. The staff asked us to send photos of the medicines and reports and said Dr. Harpreet would discuss with us on call, but after sending everything, we did not get any response. We live around 30 km away from the hospital, so it is difficult for us to visit again and again without getting proper help. Before the operation, the hospital staff was very serious and suggested the best and most expensive knee replacement surgery. We trusted them and paid all the fees. But after the operation, the care and support for the patient was not good. Now it has been more than a month, and my mother is still weak, vomiting, and not eating properly. Finally, we had to take treatment from a local doctor for her recovery. I hope the hospital improves its service and takes better care of patients after surgery.

Had my full knee joint replacement surgery at Orthonova on 3rd Jan. The procedure went very smooth and successful, without any issues/complications. On 4th day of my surgery I was able to walk without any Walker or Stick and was able to do most of the things independently. I am greatly thankful to Orthonova for making my experience seamless and would like to highly recommend them to the patients in need. Dr Harprit Singh, his wife Dr Jasleen Kaur (who also is CEO) and the entire hospital staff are doing a great service for the community. Both Dr Harprit and Dr Jasleen have created a great patient oriented culture in their hospital which is really commendable. All the doctors are not just highly qualified and so experienced but they also provide a personal touch and whole-hearted support to each and every patient. Similarly the entire staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Maintaining high class hygiene is management's one of the top priorities. Everything starting from a patient's first meeting with Dr Harprit is par-excellence. The patients are clearly explained about the procedure and the cost upfront, leaving no room for surprises. Once again loads of thanks to the entire Orthonova Team for everything they did for me. Keep up the great work and I wish all of you all the very best for future.

Best hospital and doctors, I specially came from New Zealand and loved my decision. Dr Harpreet is an amazing personality, also Dr sunil was very supportive throughout the surgery process.
