This was the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. I’m a foreigner, and I understand that for many reasons the streets in India can be dirty. But for God’s sake, this is a hospital. There are no sanitary standards at all. They tried to take my blood without even washing their hands, on a dirty table where a woman was sitting with bare feet. These people have no right to call themselves a hospital or to treat patients. The nurses behaved unprofessionally, sitting in the X-ray room and laughing loudly. The sheets on the examination couches were very dirty, when they should be disposable or at least clean. I am deeply disappointed it was a complete waste of time and money.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the staff member Riddhi at Oscar Hospital. She was extremely kind, supportive, and very helpful throughout our time at the hospital. She took excellent care of my sister, Anjali, Singh and ensured that she was comfortable and well attended at all times. Her professionalism, patience, and caring nature truly made a positive difference for us. We are very grateful for her support and would like to thank her and the hospital team for the wonderful service.

I don’t know how they had the 4.5 ratings. The shine of this hospital have zero sense of people working here. This is again like rest hospitals of India “asking money money & money” - If you ask about care, they will reply money. Expensive+worst staff. If you’re willing to spend good money for your health, I would recommend to choose a good one in your city. EVEN MAX HOSPITAL IS CHEAPER THAN THIS 3rd class hospital.

Extremely disappointed with the experience here. My mother was admitted for chest pain (which turned out to be hyperacidity), and the entire process was a nightmare. The Issues: Massive Delays: Arrived at 9:40 AM, but admission took until 11:30 AM. They delayed the angiography process until we complained to Dr. Pranit Patil. Unethical Pressure: Dr. Abhishek Wadkar pressured us into an expensive Angioplasty. He was dismissive of our questions and didn't explain the necessity of the procedure. It felt purely financially motivated. The Result: We sought a second opinion, which confirmed that no surgery was needed and the issue could be managed with simple medicine. Please trust your gut and always get a second opinion before agreeing to major procedures here. Highly unethical approach by the consultant.
