I had a wonderful experience at the Women’s Day eye camp. The entire team was extremely kind, organized, and helpful throughout the process. They took great care of my mother during her eye check-up and made sure everything was done smoothly and comfortably for her. The staff was patient, supportive, and explained everything clearly, which made us feel very reassured. It was truly heartwarming to see such thoughtful care being provided, especially on Women’s Day. A big thank you to the whole team of Dr Jugal Shaha for organising such a meaningful initiative and for taking such good care of the patients. We really appreciate the effort and dedication.

My mother Hansaben Parmar underwent cataract surgery for both eyes at Maa Nursing Home &NetraJyoti Eyecare, Malad. I had my LASIK surgery performed by Dr. Jugal P. Shah in February and the entire experience was very reassuring and professionally handled. Before the procedure, the doctor clearly explained the process and mentioned that it would be painless with aches & pain to follow. While the surgery itself was indeed painless, I did experience some discomfort immediately afterward. However, this was temporary and lasted only for a few hours, which was already explained to me as part of the normal recovery process. By the very next day, I noticed a significant improvement. There was no pain, swelling, or discomfort at all, and my eyes felt much more comfortable. I carefully followed all the post-operative instructions provided by the doctor and the clinic staff, including using the prescribed eye drops and taking the recommended precautions to ensure proper healing. Over the following days, my vision continued to improve, and it has now returned to normal. Being able to see clearly without depending on glasses has truly made a big difference in my daily life. It has not only enhanced my appearance but also improved my overall lifestyle and convenience. Simple activities such as working, traveling, and exercising have become much easier without the constant need to manage or replace glasses. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Jugal P. Shah for his expertise, guidance, and care throughout the process.
