From the very first consultation, he was extremely patient and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything clearly, guided us through every step of the treatment, and provided constant support and counselling which helped us stay calm during a stressful time. The ICU care for my mother was excellent. The doctors, nurses, and staff were very attentive and caring. They regularly monitored her condition and treated her with genuine kindness and respect. The hospital also maintains great hygiene and cleanliness, which gave us additional confidence in the care she was receiving. I also really appreciate the discipline in timings, coordination, and overall management at the hospital. As a family, we are deeply thankful to Dr. Suresh and the entire team at Ozone Hospital for taking such good care of my mother. Treatment at ozone hospital kothapet is excellent. Cardiologist Dr.YP Raju sir has given good treatment and counseling regarding the treatment.
