I had a wonderful experience at Paras Hospital, Patna, especially with Dr. Shivangi Singh (Dermatologist). She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained the diagnosis clearly, and provided a treatment that was both effective and easy to follow. I truly appreciated how comfortable and confident she made me feel throughout the consultation. The hospital facilities were clean and well-organized, and the staff was cooperative and professional. My mother was suffering from GBS (Guillain-Barré Syndrome), due to which her organs were gradually stopping functioning. Almost every day, one organ was getting affected. We first consulted General Physician Dr. V.K. Thakur, who immediately understood the seriousness of the condition and advised urgent hospital admission. His timely decision played a crucial role. After five days, my mother lost movement in her legs. Dr. Gautam conducted spine-related tests, but no significant findings were observed. Without any delay, he referred us to Neuro Specialist Dr. Hemant. Dr. Hemant promptly diagnosed the condition and immediately started treatment with IVIG injections. Due to his quick action and expert care, my mother is now improving day by day. I am deeply grateful to Dr. V.K. Dr. Thakur is patient, knowledgeable, and explains medical conditions clearly, which really helped reduce our stress during the treatment process. His approach is calm, professional, and reassuring. I would also like to appreciate Sonu je, the ortho co-ordinator, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He assisted with appointments, paperwork, and guiding us through hospital procedures. His support made the entire experience much smoother. Dr. Masihullah sir has done the surgery for my wife. I'm very satisfied. The team of general surgery is too good and well cordinated. Rest of the department like the KYC & Billing department needs to improve their communication skill with the patient. So that then can convey real talk at the moment, because of them it gets hectic for attendants and patient as well.
