I visited Paras HMRI, Patna, for treatment under Dr. Vinod Kumar Thakur, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. Dr. Thakur is patient, knowledgeable, and explains medical conditions clearly, which really helped reduce our stress during the treatment process. His approach is calm, professional, and reassuring. I would also like to appreciate Sonu je, the ortho co-ordinator, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He assisted with appointments, paperwork, and guiding us through hospital procedures. His support made the entire experience much smoother. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Dr. Thakur and the team at Paras HMRI for their professionalism and patient-friendly approach.

My mother was suffering from GBS (Guillain-Barré Syndrome), due to which her organs were gradually stopping functioning. Almost every day, one organ was getting affected. We first consulted General Physician Dr. V.K. Thakur, who immediately understood the seriousness of the condition and advised urgent hospital admission. His timely decision played a crucial role. After five days, my mother lost movement in her legs. Dr. Gautam conducted spine-related tests, but no significant findings were observed. Without any delay, he referred us to Neuro Specialist Dr. Hemant. Dr. Hemant promptly diagnosed the condition and immediately started treatment with IVIG injections. Due to his quick action and expert care, my mother is now improving day by day. I am deeply grateful to Dr. V.K. Thakur, Dr. Gautam, and especially Dr. Hemant for their accurate diagnosis, timely intervention, and dedicated efforts. I sincerely hope that my mother will soon be able to walk on her own again.
