Dr. Sashi prakash sir is an excellent opthalmologist in patna. I observed that his behaviour is exemplary. I am very happy to dr. Sashi prakash sir and his counselor with all supporting staff of vedanta netra vigyan Kendra patna. I have fully satisfied to medical service of vedanta netra vigyan Kendra patna. Great experience. The staff is polite and extremely co-operative. The doctors are thorough and great at their job.My mother had Lasik surgery done for eyes and didn't face any discomfort. A good medical care unit requires appreciation and it is very well deserved. Nurses are not so cooperative though.. hospital should look after this.

Dr. Navneet Kumar is an awesome eye surgeon in Patna. He is highly skilled, calm, and very patient-friendly. The clinic staff is extremely polite, cooperative, and well-trained, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Hospital is good in services. Dr. Navneet is very good in terms of surgery and he used to take 10 minutes time to do cataract operation . Operation is totally painless and stress free. Good staff behaviour. Systematic approach is also looks like very professional in medical activities . For Cashless treatment they are helping patients. They have tie up with multiple tpa policy provider.

I recently underwent cataract surgery at your hospital under a package plan. During the initial counseling, I was informed about various package options, all of which were described as all-inclusive except for two specific tests costing ₹2,800 and ₹500, which I agreed to pay separately. However, after completing the surgery for both eyes, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional ₹2,700 for another test, which had not been mentioned earlier. This led to confusion, and when I sought clarification at the TPA & Billing counter, the staff member responded in an extremely rude manner. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he dismissively asked, “Karna hai test ki nahi?” (Do you want to take the test or not?). When I mentioned that I could share my experience online, he further responded, “You can do whatever you want, waise bhi sare customer ko khush thodi kar sakte hain” (We can’t keep every customer happy). I have added Pic of that guy who misbehaved with me, so you guys can take action and improve service. Such behavior from hospital staff is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect clear communication and respectful treatment. While my medical procedure itself was satisfactory, this interaction left a very negative impression. I urge the hospital management to address this issue seriously. Ensuring transparent pricing communication and training staff in patient interaction is crucial for maintaining the hospital’s reputation. I hope you take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.
