I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sheila Chitranshi and the entire team at Paras Hospital for the exceptional care provided to my daughter, Shagufta Bano, during her recent hospitalization. Dr. Chitranshi's dedication and prompt response to my daughter's critical condition were truly impressive. On one particular night, when her condition suddenly deteriorated around 10:30 PM, Dr. Chitranshi immediately instructed the nursing staff to begin treatment and personally came to the hospital late at night to assess the situation. Her guidance and expertise made a significant difference in my child's recovery. I also appreciate the nursing staff's caring, attentive, and supportive nature throughout our stay. Their polite behavior and continuous monitoring gave us great comfort during a very stressful time. Additionally, I would like to extend my special thanks to Dietitian Sudha, who provided excellent guidance and support throughout our stay. Her personalized diet plan and regular follow-ups helped my daughter's recovery process significantly. As a suggestion, I would like to mention that the food quality could be improved to better support patients and their families during recovery. Excellent Oncology & Neuro Surgery Care – Highly Recommended I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Paras Hospital for their exceptional care and professionalism during a very critical time for our family. My father underwent spine surgery, and the Neuro Surgery team handled the procedure with great expertise. The spinal stabilization surgery was performed smoothly, and post-operative care was very well managed. The doctors explained the condition, surgical steps, and recovery process clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence. The Oncology Tumor Board reviewed the case thoroughly, and all investigations including biopsy, bone marrow tests, and advanced FISH panel were explained in detail before starting radiotherapy. The coordination between Neurosurgery, Oncology, Pathology, and Radiology departments was seamless. We truly appreciate the compassionate approach, transparent communication, and structured treatment planning provided by the hospital.
