It was a great experience from start to finish. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the staff were incredibly professional, ensuring a very short wait time. The sample collection process was quick and handled with care, and I was impressed by how fast I received my accurate results. The blood collected by Avik Pal was very smooth and the entire team lead by Dr. Sunanda Dey presented lifestyle modification journey to be followed in our daily routine.

I had a very disappointing experience with this lab. I was given an appointment slot between 8:00–9:00 a.m. for an echocardiogram and reached at 8:20 a.m. Upon arrival, the reception staff very casually informed me that the doctor would be arriving only at 12:30 p.m., meaning I was expected to wait for more than four hours. What is most concerning is that I received five appointment reminders, but at no point was I informed about any change in the doctor’s schedule. If there was a delay, it should have been communicated in advance so patients could plan accordingly. Additionally, the staff at the reception were not apologetic and showed a very casual attitude toward the inconvenience caused. This lack of professionalism and poor communication reflect badly on the lab’s management and patient care standards. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this lab to others.

I highly recommended pathkind lab for there home collection service. The Technician was punctual, professional and well trained. The process was quick and virtually painless. I received my reports promptly on the same day, and they were easy to understand. Overall service was excellent. 👌

Service is first class as well experienced staff is there to serve you. In between Health Check-up, few organizations provides breakfast/tiffin when someone is in fasting but that facility is not available here. Overall, nice experience to visit #PathkindLabs Saltlake, Sector III.
