I came from Srikakulam for chemotherapy, and I am very thankful to Dr. Vamsidhar Putrevu sir for treating me with great care and compassion. I underwent nearly 9 chemotherapy sessions, and throughout my treatment, the hospital was very well maintained with a friendly and supportive staff. The care I received was excellent, and I always felt comfortable and confident during my treatment. Truly one of the best cancer hospitals in Vizag.
Rusted patient beds. Leaking AC. Unchanged Bed covers for more than 3days. The Preventive maintenance for all the electrical and electronics are far due for over an year. Irresponsible staff. Interns as Doctors & duty doctors. Inexperienced Doctor tried a Bone Marrow extraction and failed to do so and blamed it on the patient with a comment -patient not willing, while 2 family members and a staff confirmed the Doctor saying the test is done and we can expect the results in a week. Overall a pathetic experience.
