I recently underwent STAR ICL eye surgery at the hospital, and my experience has been excellent from start to finish. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sonali Patkar and Dr. Rahul Baile for performing the surgery so smoothly and professionally. From detailed eye checks to explaining eye alignment, angles, and every technical aspect, they handled everything with great expertise and patience, which gave me a lot of confidence and comfort as a patient. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the hospital insurance team coordinators – Minal, Manda, and Sudhir Sir. They guided me extremely well through the entire insurance process, documentation, and coordination, making everything seamless and stress-free. Special thanks as well to Asmita and Sheetal, along with all the other hospital staff. Everyone was very friendly, supportive, and approachable, which made the overall hospital experience very pleasant and reassuring. Because of the combined efforts of the doctors, insurance coordinators, and support staff, my surgery journey was smooth, well-managed, and successful. I had cataract operation of both the eyes in Prism Eye Institute in Oct 25. It has been successfully operated by Dr. Rahul Baile. At that time my personal situation was also not well but Dr. Baile sir has handled me very well & supporting manner. The whole staff of hospital from reception, nursing even Mediclaim, account team had provided good cooperation. Overall, we found good teamwork. In hospitals there is clean and neat everywhere. However on 25th Sep.2025 I had gone for routine check-up. This time Dr. Mahesh Uparkar had fixed my appointment with Dr. Rahul. Dr. Rahul checked me & treated me very well with his usual smile.
