Worst hospital management I have ever experienced. My 80-year-old grandmother had to visit the hospital three separate times just to get her stitches removed, yet no one showed any urgency or basic courtesy to assist an elderly patient. Each time we were told to call beforehand to confirm the doctor’s availability, but even after doing that and reaching the hospital, we were informed that the doctor was not available. Despite this, the hospital still charged a full doctor consultation fee, and the patient was ultimately handed over to a compounder for stitch removal without any consultation with the doctor. This level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. After spending almost ₹15,000 in a single day, this is the kind of treatment we received. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and would strongly urge the hospital management to improve their coordination, communication, and respect toward patients especially elderly ones.

I recently visited this hospital for my mother’s treatment and my experience was extremely disappointing. Some of the staff behaved very unprofessionally and did not seem properly trained for nursing duties. I had purchased 7 injections worth around ₹4,000 for my mother. Only 3 were used, and when I checked the drawer later, I found that only 1 was left. I noticed a staff member clearing the drawer and carrying medicine boxes that were not empty. When I questioned this, several staff members gathered around instead of addressing the issue properly. Instead of resolving my complaint, the senior doctor asked me to discharge my mother immediately, which was very distressing for us. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hospital.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I went there with my colleague for a simple anxiety issue. The person attending us (not even sure if he is a qualified doctor) checked vitals like BP and heart rate, and said everything was normal. But within just 10 minutes, he suddenly said a drip is required and asked us to get a slip made from the reception. We were charged ₹350 for that. Then he said we also have to pay ₹800 as daycare charges – which was shocking for just 1.5 hours of stay! After that, we were asked to buy the drip separately for ₹700. 🔴 Total charged: ₹1850 – for just 1 drip and no proper diagnosis. Even more concerning – the person treating us is apparently preparing for SSC or government exams and has no connection to the medical field! It’s very risky and unacceptable that such people are allowed to treat patients in a hospital setting, the actual doctor was sleeping during duty hours! Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. Other serious issues: Only one washroom, used by staff – not available for patients or attendants. No proper seating or waiting area for attendants. No transparency, no proper explanation of charges. This place feels more like a money-making setup than a real hospital. Please do your research and avoid this place for your own safety.
