totally unprofessional behavior especially at the opd in the lane near corner courtyard. Filled with mosquitoes and no steps taken by those at the ground floor despite telling them since months. v unhygenic. litter and garbage bags lying downstairs. its like a govt office. docs say- tell the management. they are also least bothered. half of the reviews are by their own staff if u see their face.
Went here for my visa medicals and the process went smoothly. Appointments for the same can be made via call, WhatsApp or email. I found that the person who attends these communication modes is quite poor with language, though - which can be confusing at times. The initial wait times are quite high - after you fill your forms, you'd have to wait typically for more than an hour. It's not a huge deal if you miss the appointment time, though - they're generous with it. Visa medicals of 4 different countries are held here and all are processed through the same counter. The staff here is pretty helpful and make sure to ask them any queries you have regarding the process. I met Dr. Chatterjee for my physical examination and he was extremely amiable. You do want to make sure the staff is on page with whatever instructions you've been given by the visa office and if there are other things you'd like them to know. I found them to be a little sloppy with some parts of protocol. They fulfill their deadline promises and reports will be received in accordance with the times they indicate.
They overbooks their capacity creating chaos and ruckus in the testing facility. The place is packed with people to the brim with no place to sit or stand. Its is run like a cattle farm and smells disgusting. Their objective is to maximize profits by overbooking slots. I hope someone does an inquiry against them and revokes their right for visa testing. Edit: the staff was helpful and the interaction with the doctor was pleasant. Updated my rating.
