Not Recommended at All I would not recommend this place at any cost. The majority of the staff were extremely misbehaved and non-cooperative, and some even had the audacity to shout at patients. It truly felt like they skipped the basic lessons of manners and etiquette. I won’t say all, but around 8 out of 10 staff members behaved this way. We originally planned to visit Quadra Diagnostic, but since we weren’t getting dates there, we went to North City Diagnostic instead. And now I understand why appointments were easily available here — the management is seriously lacking. We were given an appointment for 9:00 AM, but the test was finally done around 12:30 PM. Even considering the prior preparations required, such a long delay is unacceptable and unjustifiable. Later, we had another test and went to Quadra for that. The difference was unbelievable — the hospitality, management, and overall behaviour were far superior. I am also a non-Bengali. At Quadra, when they noticed I was speaking Hindi, they immediately switched to Hindi without me even asking. But at North City, even after telling them multiple times, they continued speaking without considering whether we understood or not. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

A top notch diagnostic centre in North Kolkata. I have had seamless experiences multiple times here, and I don’t get the fuss about the negative reviews.

The experience is awful. The man who is sitting in the reception and wearing specs along side the receptionist, he is just pathetic. No cooperation you would expect from him and always talking in agitated mood! Dear North City Diagonistic Center, this is how you treat with your patient...actually I had a good impression about you. I hope you will look into this matter.

Services are excellent. Just one question from me. On 12th July , 2025, I did my DTPA renal scan from North City Diagnostic centre. For this procedure, the staffs created a channel at my hand and injected some medicine through intravenous injection. Till then, I experiencing bit pain and itching at the place of the channel. My question is, do they use disposable equipments with proper sterilization? Kindly answer
