21 on GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this hospital. The staff was unresponsive and lacked basic coordination. We had to wait for hours without proper updates about the patient’s condition. The communication from doctors was unclear, and the nursing staff did not respond promptly when assistance was needed. Despite charging high fees, the overall management and patient care were not satisfactory. Cleanliness and organization also need serious improvement. In such critical times, families expect empathy and proper guidance, which was unfortunately missing. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service quality in the future.
The worst hospital of my life, i took appointments for ent specialist Sandip agrawal but dr not available on time and the behalf of his another doctor taking my appointment and really disappointed i refused this appointment and come back from the hospital and all staff are ridicules they are unprofessional including their dr. As well i give that hospital zero rating and suggest to all of you people if you health is important then choose this hospital.
