I recently had a tonsillectomy and my experience was very good. Dr. KOTHALKAR SIR , Dr. ABHISHEK SIR and staff were professional and supportive throughout the process. The surgery went smoothly, and although the recovery took about a week or two with some throat pain, the results were worth it. feel much better now. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with chronic tonsil problems.

Seven Star Hospital in Nagpur has been a truly life-saving place for my family. My father was admitted here after suffering a severe heart attack, and his condition was extremely critical. From the very beginning, the doctors and staff gave us confidence with their professionalism and care. Dr. Utkarsh Ghavghave, one of the best neurosurgeons, referred us to Dr. Avinash Sharma for my father’s heart issue. Dr. Sharma’s expertise and calm nature immediately reassured us. Instead of rushing to risky surgery like CABG, he carefully diagnosed the problem and treated the blood clot with medicines, reducing the danger significantly. I highly recommend him for any heart-related concern. Throughout the process, Dr. Girish Gautam patiently guided me, answering all my doubts regarding pre- and post-operation care. His clarity and commitment were very comforting. The nursing staff—Syali, Anjali, Taufiq, Vidya along with incharge Sukeshni provided exceptional care with compassion, ensuring my father was always comfortable. The hospital itself was clean and well maintained. The Billing Department was also responsive, making payments and queries transparent and easy. However, one area that needs improvement is the pharmacy. Prices were noticeably higher than local pharmacies, and relying solely on MRP with only 10% discount is not ideal for patients already under stress. Better accommodation facilities for relatives would also be a welcome addition. Overall, Seven Star Hospital lives up to its name, combining expert doctors with dedicated staff. I am deeply grateful for their efforts in saving my father’s life.

My mother was suffering from a submandibular gland problem for nearly two months, and later it was diagnosed that she had a stone in the submandibular gland.
