I had a bad experience at this hospital. The doctors were highly professional and explained the treatment clearly but hired from other. The nursing staff was non caring and attentive. The hospital was clean and well organized.The waiting time was very long and the staff was not very responsive. Communication about the treatment and charges was not clear. I am really very happy regarding the punctuality and activeness of each n every staff of their own field. Really all are giving their best......I haven't feel there as an attendant of my father in law.All the nurses are very active and well behaved. Specially all the duty doctors are very kind and polite. When ever I questioned them ,,they are giving me the best decision which is satisfying me a lot. The respected doctor named Vishal Gupta is a very experienced and good natured. He refers my father in law in this hospital. So a very very thanks to him.I shall be highly oblige to you Sir. Thank you so much. And one more thing I want to add about Mr. Sachin Dewedi. He is also managing very well. I met him thrice having a confident conversation. He is also very nice and gentle.......So a lot of thanks to all of you being there n providing us a good service. .... Thanks..

My daughter ishita admitted in ratandeep hospital under Dr. Pradeep Tripathi sir is very good in nature & very cheerful & helpful nature . Hospital housekeeping, nursing service is very much appreciable & very co-operative. Hospital administration team is very attentive. Rest all other staff including billing staff is very much helpful. I am thankful to all his team.

My pt. Mithlesh admitted in ratnadeep hospital is admitted for high BP with heavy chest pain & respiratory discomfort is treated immediately with the doctor team . Now my pt. Is very well & discharge with all recommended precautions . The hospital all staff including nursing & housekeeping are very attentive towards their responsibility. The administrative staff keep the keen check on the pt. & their regular rounds are very helpful for issues & resolved quickly without disturbing the pt. & My attendants .
