Average hospital. Had my baby girl delivered here. The day staff is very polite and helpful. The night staff is a different story all together. Night staff has to be reminded of their basic duties. The hospital literally becomes a jail at night with all gates being locked and all the on duty staff sleeping with respective duty rooms locked.Rooms are of very old construction and amenities. My wife’s bed didn’t even had guard rails. Attached kitchen had water lodged. The hygiene in private rooms and overall can be improved.the good thing is they wont make a fool out of with unnecessary charges. Pharmacy staff need a lot of training, it would take much less time to go and buy medicines and supplies from medical stores nearby as their pharmacists take eternity for billing. Had a very below average overall experience.

Worst hospital. It is day care hospital and has general ward only. They will discharge same day and then call next day to remove the eye patch. They don't do fitness before surgery and after complaining they just check BP, no heart rate check,no Suger check, just replying on 15 days old report. My father as cataract surgery and the spokesperson (Richa Mishra) was rude and arrogant. She was just sitting and forward all the queries.

Mrs. Preeti’s behavior was hostile and discourteous. It appeared that she treated customers differently, which felt biased and unprofessional. I request that this matter be reviewed seriously.

The staff was quite rude and mean. I went for an eye checkup, and the doctor and nurse in Room No. 5 were very unkind. They asked me, “Why have you come to the hospital when it’s time to close?” The assistant of the doctor in Room No. 9 was also very rude. He said to me, “The doctor in Room 5 told you to sit here in front of Room 9, so why haven’t you been sitting here? I’ve been calling you for a while.” In reality, the doctor in Room 5 never told me to sit in front of Room 9. I went to the hospital at 4:30 PM, and the staff didn’t even consider my waiting time.
