We chose SM hospital. Meerut for our delivery, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. Dr.Alka Garg was highly supportive, maintained a positive attitude, and guided us expertly through every step. The labor and delivery staff, as well as the were kind, patient, and incredibly comforting during stressful moments. The rooms were hygienic and well-maintained. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience.

SM Hospital, Garh Road, Meerut A day ago, my mother underwent surgery here for gall bladder stones and hernia. About 1½ hours after the surgery, when I went to meet her in the ICU, I was expecting her to still be unconscious or at least on painkillers, so she wouldn’t know much. But to my shock, my mother was writhing in pain—just because they hadn’t given her either sleeping medicine or painkillers. This is such a basic thing; after surgery, painkillers are mandatory for at least 24 hours. They only gave it when I insisted. Later the same night, around 3 am, my mother called me through the ICU staff. When I reached, she was crying badly—her stomach was bloated, and she couldn’t pass gas or urine. Then I noticed the urine bag was missing. When I asked the staff, they casually said they forgot to put the catheter and told me to bring one from the medical store so they could attach it. Like seriously, what the hell! The surgery happened at 7 pm and till 3 am she was controlling her urine. Unhygienic rooms, rude staff—this hospital is not at all worthy.
