Sacred Heart Hospital truly stands out! The emergency entrance is clearly marked, providing quick access during critical times. The premises are well-maintained, and I appreciate the dedicated parking area. The overall atmosphere feels welcoming and organized. A top-notch facility! 🏥🅿️✨👍
I had a very good experience at Sacred Heart Hospital regarding my treatment. I am especially thankful to Dr. Varinder Attari, who are highly talented, skilled, and professional surgeons. Their care and guidance made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the treatment. The hospital staff is courteous, cooperative, and well-trained. The nurses are very supportive and respond promptly at any time. The food provided to indoor patients is very good and hygienic. The security services are well-managed and attentive, ensuring safety at all times. The cleaning staff maintains excellent cleanliness, and the premises are cleaned regularly. Overall, Sacred Heart Hospital provides quality medical care with a well-disciplined and supportive environment. I highly recommend this hospital.
My experience at Sacred Heart (Jared) Hospital was extremely distressing. My mother passed away within 7 hours of admission, and the overall care and communication during that time were deeply disappointing. Despite informing the staff that I work in healthcare in the USA, I felt that standard medical practices and proper monitoring were not followed. There was a lack of urgency, poor coordination of care, and inadequate communication about her condition and treatment. The emergency room doctor was particularly unprofessional and dismissive, and my concerns were not taken seriously. This added to the emotional difficulty of an already painful situation. Additionally, during her stay, my mother’s gold earrings went missing, and despite repeated inquiries, they were never returned and no clear explanation was provided. This experience left our family feeling that patient safety and dignity were not given proper priority. A hospital should provide compassionate, responsible, and transparent care, especially in critical situations. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. I share this so that others can make informed decisions and so that this hospital may reflect on and improve its standards of care.
Overall experience was very satisfying and huge respect to Dr Pinky Ma'am and Dr Abhijot Sir. The nursing staff is well trained and well behaved. Thank God Jalandhar has such a caring institute!
