I had a very bad experience at Vig Hospital. Dr. Vishal Vig’s behaviour was extremely rude and arrogant. He doesn’t care about patients at all. The hospital adds hidden charges and doesn’t even give proper bills. The staff, nurses, and reception are totally unprofessional. If you ask them anything, they have no idea what’s going on. They keep making excuses instead of helping. There is absolutely no proper patient care. After taking money, the doctor doesn’t even bother to meet the patient or explain what to eat, what medicines to take, or how to take care. If you try to contact the doctor for guidance later, they rudely say, “Ask some local doctor, we won’t tell you.” This kind of behaviour is shocking and completely irresponsible. Even patient samples are handled carelessly — by the attendant and it is told to submit them at the reception instead of the staff doing it. Overall, the hospital is money-minded, careless, and highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place if you value respectful treatment and proper care. No doubt Dr. Rakesh Vig is Very Good Doctor. But the Hospitality, Staff, Facilities are not upto the point. There is only 1 Nurse at a time on Full Ground/First Floor. No arrangement of instant Generator or Inverter when Electricity gone.

Sorry to says that but it's been one year of my varicocele surgery from your hospital.. but I still experiencing pain in my veins.. I had visited many time about this concern but each time they said nothing happened every things ok. Each time I had to give free of 300 hundred + they write me same medicine as before which cost around 1500 to 1800.. but no good results.. it's look I got to go another doctor to confirm that is my varicocele gone or not.. if gone than why am experiencing pain. if not than am clearly will know I have had lost my around 40k to 45k in your hospital.. if I got to know this pain not related to varicocele I will delete this review unless not

Not happy at all with the words of doctor .. no clarity at all about operating price soo many hidden charges .. do deal of something else when it comes to paying charge something else .. very bad dealing.. highly not recommended.. do your homework first visiting this hospital.
