I, a ECHS beneficiary , came to the SAI SHIVA HOSPITAL , Vijay Nagar ,jabalpur for cataract surgery of my wife. The complete experience is awesome and fully satisfying . Dr ASHISH Nema is very competent and equally polite too. He puts the patient at ease and takes effort to explain the problem and procedure to the patient and attendant. The hospital staff is also very cordial and helpful . The hospital setup is also nice ,very neat and clean ,no complaints atall. Overall a wonderful experience. Wish all the best to Dr Nema and request to maintain the high standards set by him.

Excellent. Both the Dr.s are very much polite and friendly. I have been explained about the issue in details. There is no Post surgery problem I am fully satisfied with the treatment given to me.

Dr Ashish and Dr kriti both are very good at their work and about nature no doubt they are quite promising , these guyz performed my aunt surgery very well in very healty and good manner also the staff is quite good. Excellent Doctor's to provide the vision back.

I visited your clinic with my father for his eye checkup. At first, we paid ₹500 as consultation fees, which was clearly mentioned and acceptable. However, after the checkup, we were told that an operation would be required and that some tests needed to be done. For these tests, I was charged an additional ₹2000, but all that was done was a simple eye sonography that took barely 4–5 minutes. No proper bill or receipt was provided for this payment. Later, we were shown different lens packages and were pressured to choose the higher-priced options. When I selected the most basic lens priced at ₹12,000, the staff avoided giving clear information about extra charges for the operation. Every time I asked, they simply said, “Bring the patient tomorrow, the doctor will explain the charges.” There was no proper price list, no transparency, and no willingness to explain costs in advance. Since I had no cashless or mediclaim facility and was making payments in cash, I also noticed the staff whispering among themselves in a very unprofessional way. This made the whole experience uncomfortable and untrustworthy. Because of the lack of transparency, no receipt for extra payments, and the constant pressure to opt for expensive options, I decided not to proceed with the operation at your clinic. This experience was very disappointing and left me with serious concerns about your practices.
