Worst professional services. I have done a COVID RTPCR test on 11/12/20 at about 3.00pm for my visit to Mumbai. They told me the report will take 24 hours. So I thought the report will be given on 12/12/20 by 3.00pm which will be useful for my visit to Mumbai on 12 & 15th of December. ... Surprisingly, they had given the report on same day by 7.00pm means within 4 hours, Had they told me that they will give the report within 3 to 4 hours then I would given sample conveniently which would have been useful for 12th & 15th. .... Because of this, I have to spend another ₹2400 for 3 family members. ..... They have also a habit of not putting all reports together for a sample given for different tests. When you reach the Doctor only, you can see that the report is incomplete. ... They have a tendency to underestimate CGHS pensioners. If you raise an issue of discrepancy, difficulty in understanding a report instead of explaining it, Madam Gargi will call the CGHS officials & complaint to them that their pensioner is making ruckus. She doesn't know the Official is there for beneficiaries' interest and not for laboratories interest as they are supposed to be & paid for their Government Job. ... Last but not least,very arrogant attitude of staff and a lady coordinator named Mrs. Gargi. You cannot expect her to get your report explained to you when requested, even for costly prime reports. She will use all the force & influence to get you out and say never come here again, if not satisfied. I will not recommend this pathology laboratory. But still, this is my personal experience.

The staff was polite and good enough to take blood sample smoothly. But the payment method through card was not working and this was the case in prior visit as well. They purposely keep their POS off or low charged. Such a big lab and saving on such things, didn't expect this.

Pathetic service. I got a COVID-19 test done for my father here. They told me to collects reports at 4 pm initially. When I called at 4 PM the lady on the phone was so rude and at the last she told me to collect reports at 7 PM. When I reached there at 7 PM, the lab was closed and no one was there. Even they did not receive my phone call. When I went there the next morning to collect report, I found that my father's report is positive and by that time my father's condition could have become critical. I would never recommend this lab for getting any of your tests done. These guys are lacking professionalism and seriousness.

Pathetic service. The staff members just don't care and have very bad behavior on phone with customers. Even if you book a test, the executive will not come on time and you will have to take repeated follow ups. Even the reports are costly and always delayed. Once they take the payment they become irresponsive. Don't choose this lab if you want fast and accurate results. Worst pathology lab in Bopal.

They are very diligent and straight forward to deal with reports. Over period their system have also improved to set correct expectations of when reports are going to be available and they deliver in time. Highly recommended I. This difficult covid19 times !
